Why Teams Choose claudemotion for Explainer Animations
claudemotion assembles each animation as code, so text, charts, shapes and images move like a short video.
- Code-Built AnimationsMotion-template artifacts: every claudemotion clip is generated as code, which is why words, numbers, charts and pictures can move in sync.
- No Video Generation ModelThere is no video-generation model behind claudemotion — expect animated type, charts, shapes and pictures, never lifelike footage or people.
- Change One Detail, Keep the RestOne edit goes a long way: nudge a word, a figure or a beat and everything else in the claudemotion timeline stays put.
How claudemotion Turns Your Content Into Animation
Three steps take you from a prompt to a finished MP4.
claudemotion Capabilities at a Glance
Grounded prompts, chat revisions, editor control and admin switches — what claudemotion adds to a team workflow.
Grounded in Your Own Material
Attach the report, dataset or images claudemotion should work from, and note the audience, the screen and the rough length.
Revise by Chatting
Chat is the edit box: ask for a slower second scene or a new Q3 figure, and claudemotion returns the clip updated.
Edit the Animation Yourself
Prefer hands-on control? Adjust the animation directly in the editor instead of describing the change in words.
Everything Saved in Artifacts
Nothing gets lost: finished claudemotion clips sit in the Artifacts tab next to your decks, docs and dashboards.
Owner Controls and Group Limits
The switch lives under Organization settings > Artifacts: on by default for Team, off for Enterprise, where custom roles can narrow access.
Counts Toward Plan Usage
Metered like everything else: claudemotion consumes plan usage, and a dense or lengthy animation costs more than a single message.
claudemotion — FAQ
Quick answers on plans, output, storage and exports.
Which plans include claudemotion?
Still in beta: Team workspaces have it on by default, while Enterprise owners must switch it on in Organization settings > Artifacts.
Does claudemotion make realistic footage?
Not at all — lifelike footage and people are out of scope; claudemotion animates type, charts, shapes and images instead.
Where do finished animations live?
Every claudemotion clip is stored in the Artifacts tab, ready to reopen and keep editing.
Can I change one number only?
Yes. Change the lone word, figure or beat and nothing else in the claudemotion animation shifts.
How do I export or share a clip?
Choose Export then MP4 to download; fresh clips start private, and Share opens them to others.
Do animations count against usage?
They do — claudemotion draws on plan limits, and longer or denser animations consume more than a typical message.
Start Your First claudemotion Animation
